I try to feel anew the energy of essential presence in the things and moments before me.
This is my expression.
The sensation of losing myself, and everything becoming myself.
The sensation of truly living my own life.
In the midst of expression, I feel these two existing together.
My heart trembles at the preciousness of being here, now.
